Description
GI Guides 1–2 Person Pyramid Walking Pole Tent
1.8kg,
36cm by 18cm,
1-2 man 3-4 season,
210T Ripston.
Designed, finished and tested in the Scottish Highlands.
A lightweight 1–2 person pyramid-style tent designed for three-season camping, hiking, wild camping and outdoor adventures.
The pyramid design provides an efficient shelter that sheds rain and snow effectively, while the large covered porch provides protected space for rucksacks, boots and equipment.
The tent uses a 210T ripstop polyester outer with PU4000 waterproofing, a 210D Oxford PU4000 waterproof groundsheet and a high-quality B3 nylon mesh inner. Two upper hooded vents provide additional ventilation, while waterproof zip closures help protect the interior from the elements.
A central pole with controlled positioning and attachment points provides the main support, with reinforcement at the roof/pole contact point.
The tent uses a 10-point pegging system with 10 reinforced aluminium diamond/star/Y-profile pegs. Guy lines are supplied pre-attached and adjusted to the correct lengths, incorporating aluminium grips/adjusters for straightforward setup without excessive loose line.
