2. Your Right to Cancel (Online Purchases)
When purchasing goods online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Returned items should be:
- unused where possible
- in the same condition received
- returned with original packaging where reasonably practicable
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the goods have been received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If goods are:
- faulty
- damaged in transit
- not as described
please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer one of the following remedies in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- repair
- replacement
- refund
We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue.
4. Returns for New Goods
New items may be returned within the 14-day cancellation period described above.
Items should be returned in reasonable condition.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and in accordance with applicable consumer law. Refunds will normally be processed within 7–10 business days of the returned goods being received, where applicable.
5. Returns for Second-Hand or Used Goods
Some products sold on our website may be second-hand or previously used.
These items may show:
- cosmetic wear
- signs of previous use
- minor imperfections consistent with used equipment
All used goods are sold as described in the product listing, and customers should carefully review the condition description and photographs before purchasing.
Second-hand goods can still be returned within the 14-day cancellation period, provided the item is returned in the same condition it was received.
Refunds may be reduced if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect its condition.
Your statutory rights remain in place if a second-hand item is:
- faulty
- unsafe
- significantly different from the description provided.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may be refused if:
- goods are returned outside the permitted cancellation period
- goods have been damaged due to misuse or excessive handling
- goods are missing parts that were originally supplied
This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Return Shipping
Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect:
- customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- we recommend using a tracked delivery service
We cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return transit.
