Start at North face car park, follow the path up into the treeline it zig zags for some time before coming out and leading to a style. This path leads up to the CIC hut at the base of the north face where you will find Number Four Gully along with more, it branches off left about 400 meters after the style to take you up the left shoulder to Carn Mor Dearg, this leads over the ridge and up to Ben Nevis. Come back down the Ben via the tourist path keeping right twice as it branches twice after the water fall, hit a big cairn and after that an old fence make you way down this with no distinct path it will lead to the river over that will be the path back to north face car park.
