All eligible items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided they are in new, unused condition with all original packaging, buyer responsible for postage costs on returns.

Second Hand/Pre Used Gear Purchasing Policy 

When you buy from this section you are buying (second hand good) (pre owned goods) They have been used and show signs of possible light damage and wear but are in working order. You as a buyer purchasing here take responsibility for this item and no returns are accepted on used items, all will be checked for functionality before dispatch.

Sample/Beta this may be something you see on some products in our store. These products are one off samples and are being beta tested, they are new and have went through testing, but they are not being sold in large quantity's and have basic packaging and information. 

We hold no responsibility to these products so they are bought as seen and come with no guarantee, they are significantly reduced in price for this reason. For more information please send a mail on site or message use, we are more than happy to give you what information we hold on the products.

Pre Order terms of any product with a this in the title and or description is a reserve order.

• This means this product may take longer to produce and dispatch. 

• Pre Orders will need to be specify witch variants of the product are expected in the notes at check out.

• You Reserve the right to cancel and get a refund but may incur an admin fee of £5 if the product was a special order.
