AGREED TERMS

1. About Us

1.1 Company Details
G I Guides Trading Limited t/a G I Guides (company number SC826234) (referred to as we, us, or our) is a company registered in Scotland. Our registered office and trading address is 19 Melantee, Fort William, PH33 6PY. We operate the website https://www.findmyguide.co.uk 

1.2 Contacting Us

2. Our Contract with You

2.1 Agreement to Terms
These terms and conditions (referred to as Terms) govern the order and supply of goods by us to you (Contract). By ticking the box and placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. No other terms, whether implied by trade, custom, or practice, will apply.

2.2 Seller of Record (SoR)
As a third-party marketplace, the Seller of Record for each product may vary and will be clearly identified in each product listing.

2.3 Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between you and us. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any representation, promise, or warranty not expressly stated in the Contract.

2.4 Language
These Terms and the Contract are provided only in English.

2.5 Retention of Terms
We recommend printing or saving a copy of these Terms for your records.

3. Goods

3.1 Images
Images on our website are for illustrative purposes and may not accurately represent the Goods. Variations in color, size, or style may occur.

3.2 Accuracy of Information
All sizes, weights, and measurements are approximate.

3.3 Condition of Goods
Goods are sold “as is, where is, with all faults”. Variations of ±10% in inventory quantity may occur. Implied terms under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 regarding quality and fitness are excluded.

3.4 Packaging
Goods may be delivered in packaging that differs from website images.

3.5 Specification Changes
We may amend Goods specifications to meet statutory or regulatory requirements.

3.6 Stock Categories

  • Clearance Stock: Surplus end-of-line items, generally in new condition.
  • Used/Second Hand: Used items that may have missing parts, defects, or other issues.

3.8 No Warranties
We provide no guarantees or warranties for items within any Purchase.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Irrevocable Offers
All orders are irrevocable. Returns are accepted only at our sole discretion.

4.2 Missing Items
If items are missing:

  • Notify us immediately (see clause 1.2).
  • Provide photographic evidence of the received Goods.
  • Submit a refund request form.

Refunds for missing items are processed at our sole discretion.

5. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  1. Resell Goods on restricted marketplaces (specified in listings).
  2. Complete transactions outside the Jobalots website.
  3. Misuse feedback or dispute processes.
  4. Use our images or trademarks for resale purposes.

6. Buyer’s Obligations

Buyers must:

  • Act in good faith.
  • Ensure Goods comply with laws and safety standards before resale.
  • Remove retailer trademarks or labels from merchandise before resale.

7. Delivery

8.1 Delivery Timeline
Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

8.2 Ownership
Ownership transfers upon full payment, including applicable delivery charges.

8. Liability

8.1 Limited Liability
Our liability for failure to deliver or defective Goods is capped at the cost of the affected Goods.

8.2 Exclusions
We exclude liability for indirect losses, including loss of profit, goodwill, or business opportunity.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Contract is governed by the laws of Scotland. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
